MANAGEMENT FEE: 8% OF THE COLLECTED MONTHLY RENT PER MONTH
- Collect monthly rent and serve 3-Day Notices as necessary
- Hire vendors and schedule necessary maintenance and repairs
- Unscheduled drive-by inspections, and annual interior inspections upon request
- Owner statement reports when monthly costs exceed $500
- Pay mortgage, taxes, insurance and garbage bills as requested (owners’ expense)
LEASING/TENANT FINDING:
- Contract and coordinate vendors to prepare property prior to occupancy of new tenants
- Photograph interior and exterior of property prior to occupancy of new tenants
- Market property(s) on numerous internet sites, to relocation companies and rental agencies
- Hold open houses, show property to prospective tenants, screen all applicants, and complete contracts and accounting for tenancy
- All vendors are independent contractors. We have no financial gain from their services. References are available upon request. We are a full-service real estate company representing buyer and sellers, as well as owners of income properties. We look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.
